Football for All kicked off at Ibstock Utd on the 8th May and was a great success for all concerned. The weather was not very kind to the footballers, but on a wet and cool morning there was still plenty of sunshine, shining though on the players faces!!
Ibstock have been working to engage local disability groups and organisationsto identify potential players for their developing Inclusive Football teams. Inclusive Football gives a great opportunity for players with learning, sensory or physical impairments / disabilities to participate in our great game of football.
Inclusive Football supports individuals to learn new skills and to become a very valuable team member, enhancing players social skills, by making new friends and interacting with others is also a great support to learning life skills.
